Can't assign shipping point to plant

Hi all,

I'm trying to assign a new shipping point to a new plant, but in transaction OVXC my new plant doesn't appears . I created a new plant and did not copy an other plant but I'm note sure what I forgot...

Do you have any ideas why my plant doesn't appears?
